Fibroblast (Plasma Pen)
Noninvasive Skin Tightening
Fibroblast treatments are a non-invasive lift procedure that lifts and tightens the skin. There is no need for anesthesia and aside from a tiny dark spot, there is no marks, cuts or bleeding. Fibroblast is virtually painless with a local anesthetic applied prior to treatment.
With the fibroblast lift treatment, only the loose skin is affected. Patients notice changes right away although it can take 12 weeks to observe the final result. Since every person is unique in their goals and genetic makeup, additional treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired effect. Follow-up treatments can be performed after 8-12 weeks depending on the area treated and the healing process.
Fibroblast procedures may only be performed by a trained, certified specialist. D’Lisa Shayn, owner and master aesthetician, is bringing the most advanced, effective and safe age-defying skincare treatments such as fibroblast lifts, the skin renewal peeling system and the use of highly custom blends and LED phototherapies.

What is Fibroblast?
Fibroblast is the main, active cell of connective tissue. Fibroblasts produce tropocollagen, the forerunner of collagen, and ground substance, a gel-like web that fills the spaces between cells and fibers in connective tissue.
Dermal fibroblasts are an essential part of the skin; they communicate with each other and other cell types and produce as well as organize the matrix of collagen and elastin that surrounds all of the inner cells in the dermis, playing a crucial role in regulating skin physiology.
How do Fibroblast Treatments Work?
A unique plasma, ionized gas passes between the edge of the fibroblast tool and the patient’s skin allowing the area to tighten and retract. Tissue targeted by the fibroblast treatment sublimate, therefore no damage to surrounding areas or deeper skin layers. Since this is a non-invasive procedure, you can expect to resume regular activities right away with minimal discomfort.
Eventually, excess skin dries off to form tiny crusts that fall off like dandruff in just a few days. New collagen stimulated by the fibroblasts will begin forming immediately and continue to produce additional collagen for up to six months.
What does Fibroblast treat?
Fibroblast skin tightening treats a number of imperfections without cutting the skin including:
- Eyelid Tightening, including lower eyelids and excess upper eyelid skin.
- Skin imperfections, including skin tags and sunspots.
- Improvement in the appearance of acne scars
- Diminishing Stretch marks.
- Tightening loose stomach skin after pregnancy.
- Lines and wrinkles around the mouth.
- Plasma Facelift and Plasma Necklift.
Is Fibroblast safe?

There is no cutting of the skin, stitches, thinning of the skin, or general anesthetic. This is a very low-risk procedure with far less recovery time than traditional surgical lifts at a significantly lower cost.
